Description
The FP50R06KE3 is a highly integrated 600V, 50A Power Integrated Module (PIM) from Infineon's EconoPIM™ 2 family . It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module . Built with advanced Trench/Fieldstop IGBT3 and Emitter Controlled 3 diode technology, it is engineered for low switching losses and high efficiency . The module features an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring, a copper base plate for optimized heat spread, and is designed for high reliability and power density . It supports an extended operating temperature up to 150°C or 175°C depending on configuration
